Yes — completely. There is no set route, no fixed programme, and no places we get a commission to take you. You tell Heri what interests you — temples, waterfalls, local villages, beaches, photography spots, food — and he builds the day around it. You can also give him total freedom and let him create the perfect Bali day based on your interests.
Change as much as you like. If you want to stay longer somewhere, leave a stop out, or add something new mid-day, just tell your guide. It's your day — our only job is to make it unforgettable.
Start time is flexible and agreed when you book. Most full days begin between 7am and 9am — earlier if you want to catch sunrise at Mount Batur or beat the crowds at popular temples. The day wraps up after 8 to 10 hours from your pickup time.
Entrance fees are not included in the day rate — they are paid separately at each attraction. Your guide will always tell you the cost before entering so you know exactly what to expect. Fees across Bali are generally very affordable, typically between 20,000 and 60,000 IDR (USD 1.50 to 4 / AUD $2.50 to $6.50) per person per attraction.
Absolutely — this is one of the things Heri's team does best. When you book, tell them what you love: photography, history, local culture, adventure, relaxation, food, or a mix of everything. They'll put together the ideal day for you based on real local knowledge, not a generic tourist list.
Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking date. Travel plans change — we understand that. Just let Heri know via WhatsApp as early as possible.
