Heri grew up in Bali at a time when the island was still relatively undiscovered by mass tourism. He spent his childhood exploring temples with his family, watching ceremonies in his village, and learning the stories behind the landscapes that most visitors only see from a car window.
Over more than a decade as a professional guide and driver, he has welcomed hundreds of visitors from across the world — couples on honeymoon, families on their first adventure, solo travellers looking for something real, and returning visitors who simply keep coming back to Bali and to Heri.
